This policy describes the website’s stay enquiry forms, contact links and optional measurement tools. Separate information provided by the hotel applies to the accommodation service itself.
Information collected
Enquiries contain your name, phone number, optional email address, dates, room selection, guest count and optional note. Do not enter identity documents, card details or health information. Security and error records may contain access times, requested paths and technical connection information.
Purposes
Information is used to respond to your enquiry, discuss rooms and dates, manage the request in the administration panel, prevent abuse and operate the website. Advertising and analytics are subject to your separate preferences.
Contact channels
An enquiry is first stored in the hotel’s administration panel. If email notification is enabled, an email service provider processes the notification. If WhatsApp is enabled, the website creates a prepared message link; you send the message in WhatsApp. Processing within WhatsApp is also subject to its own service and privacy terms.
Retention and security
The configured retention period for enquiry records is 365 days. The scheduled maintenance task removes older enquiry, cancelled, checked-out and no-show records; active confirmed records are not removed by this rule. Analytics events are removed after 90 days. Backups and server logs are managed separately by the operator. Access permissions, session checks and server security measures are used.
